When he is called to duty lord,
Whatever the call may be,
Please protect him and
Keep him safe from injury.
Watch over him and guide him
So he can do things right
Please lord I'm begging you
Let him come home tonight
I'm aware of hiss passion for the job
I know the love he shares
I know he is a firefighter
I know how much he cares
His mission is to protect and serve
His goal is to save a life
Please bless him with protecting
hands
